Can’t add a family member

We tried to add my husband Steve as a family member, but when we try to do so, it says he's already added, but it doesn't appear on our app and doesn't allow him to get emails or notifications.

No one has gotten back to us. My son still cannot reset his app.

I am very disappointed.

I have used Cozi for many years and love it! I just need someone to contact us.

You double-billed us. On Nov 16, I paid $41.73 and then you charged us again on Nov.

24. You need to return one of the $41.73 payments because it is not good practice to double-bill someone.

You put Emergency! on too early Verizon channel 460

I ended up missing Part 2 of Emergency! Why can't you put Emergency back on at 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm? You put Emergency on at the wrong time.

The 502 website error has been resolved. They got back to me in rapid order.

Being without Cozi all morning, reminded me of how much we rely upon Cozi!

We use it exclusively of other online calendars.

Since it is online, both my husband and I can make and alter appointments from anywhere, and see what each other has posted.

Once in a while, I use the recipe area, and that too is very helpful. Cozi is a god-send!

Cozi does not work on desktop

When will the issue be fixed? I have kept on trying to log into my account since a couple of days back and not only can I not log on, the support page is also nonexistent.

Please fix or email your subscribers as to when it will be resolved. Having your calendar suddenly not work, especially in the middle of a meeting when people are asking for my availability is not okay.
